On Monday, Kings Kangwa underwent his inaugural training session with Belgian outfit KV Kortrijk. The 22-year-old midfielder, hailing from Chipolopolo, has embarked on a loan stint from Red Star Belgrade, a Serbian club, extending until the season’s conclusion.

Having touched down in Belgium over the weekend, Kangwa swiftly integrated with his new squadmates upon arrival, joining them for training on Monday. Eager to make his mark, he enthusiastically participated in the session, demonstrating his readiness to contribute.

Kangwa’s journey to Belgian football follows stints with clubs in Israel, Russia, and Serbia, marking a new chapter in his career. His recent presence in the Chipolopolo squad during the Ivory Coast encounter saw him notably scoring in the 1-1 draw against DR Congo, hinting at his potential impact on the field.
