ZSL Preview: Blades Set to Take on Zesco; Nkwazi and Buffaloes Prepare for Clash

The MTN Super League is set to make a thrilling return this afternoon, featuring eight exciting matches taking place across the country.

The top tier of Zambian league football has been on hold since the start of the Africa Cup of Nations. However, fans can now look forward to a packed schedule of games.

The Edwin Imboela Stadium will host a double header, with NAPSA Stars taking on Kabwe Warriors, and Nkwazi facing off against Green Buffaloes. Both matches will be broadcast live on Supersport Variety 4.

Nkana, facing a relegation threat, will be away to FC MUZA, while ZANACO, coached by Wedson Nyirenda, will play away at Shinde Stadium.

Trident FC will return to Solwezi, with the Independence Stadium hosting its first match after renovations funded by FIFA. The Conquerors, still in search of their first win of the season, will welcome Red Arrows.

Lameck Banda and Prison Leopards will host Kansanshi Dynamos at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium. Meanwhile, Konkola Blades, who were in fine form before the break, face a tough challenge as they take on log leaders ZESCO United.

Tomorrow’s action will move to Choma, where Green Eagles will play host to defending champions Power Dynamos.
