Silwimba finding the back of the net in the 54th minute. Mulenga then completed his brace in the 75th minute, firing home a clinical strike to seemingly seal the victory for the hosts.

However, Zanaco FC had other ideas. L. Araina was the catalyst for an incredible comeback, scoring a stunning hat-trick.

Araina started his run by pulling one back in the 53rd minute, then leveled the game at 2-2 with a precise finish in the 70th minute. In the 86th minute, he completed his hat-trick, securing a hard-earned point for Zanaco.

While the match highlighted the attacking strengths of both sides, it also exposed key defensive vulnerabilities. Green Eagles showed they can capitalize on scoring chances, particularly with Mulenga’s composed finishing, but their inability to protect a two-goal lead raises concerns over their defensive organization, especially when dealing with Zanaco’s rapid counter-attacks.
