Zanaco and Buildcon shared the spoils in their MTN Super League clash on Thursday, a fifth draw in succession for the visitors who squandered another lead.

Buildcon stay in fourth place in the table, seven points behind leaders Green Buffaloes with both teams having played nine matches.

They took the lead through Zephenia Phiri in the second period but that joy was short-lived as Emmanuel Manda equalized for hosts Zanaco.

That at least extended the latter’s unbeaten run to six games, but four draws in there means progress up the table has been slow and they climb just a few places to 12th.
