Congolese giants TP Mazembe remain keen on acquiring Zambian international Kennedy Musonda from Tanzania’s Yanga SC.

The Tanzanian champions may consider releasing the 29-year-old striker, especially after securing the services of Ugandan forward Fahad Bayo. Discussions between TP Mazembe and Yanga SC have reportedly taken place, signaling mutual interest.

Mazembe, currently seeking reinforcements in their attacking lineup, have identified Musonda as their top priority.

The prolific striker has been in exceptional form for Zambia’s Chipolopolo, netting four goals in the AFCON qualifiers to claim the top scorer title.
