Red Arrows Football Club have officially been admitted to the African Clubs Association (ACA), marking another important milestone in the club’s growing continental profile.
The announcement was made by club Chief Executive Officer, Lt Col Kambani Ronald Lungu, in an update to Arrows Media.
He said the admission followed a process that required patience, which made it a proud moment for the Airmen.
Membership of the ACA gives Red Arrows a platform to engage with other elite African clubs, exchange knowledge, strengthen institutional relationships and explore opportunities for commercial partnerships and long-term growth.
The development comes on the back of a historic campaign in which the Airmen qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup group stage for the first time, eliminating South African giants Kaizer Chiefs to secure their place among the continent’s challengers.
With their continental ambitions gathering momentum, ACA membership offers Red Arrows another avenue to build their reputation beyond the pitch while contributing to the wider development of African club football.
For the Airmen, this is more than a milestone, as it is another step towards strengthening their standing in African football and proudly flying Zambia’s flag on the continental stage.
