Nkana Football Club Releases 11 Players Ahead of 2024-2025 MTN Super League Season

 

As preparations intensify for the 2024-2025 MTN Super League season, Nkana Football Club has made significant roster changes, announcing the release of 11 players who will not be part of the team’s plans for the upcoming season. The club has decided not to renew the contracts of seven players, while four others will be loaned out to gain more experience and game time.

 

The seven players whose contracts will not be renewed are:

  • Lameck Kafwaya
  • Harry Kayula
  • Laurent Muma
  • Eric Yama
  • Shadreck Banda
  • Bob Chanda
  • Motela Mulambya

Nkana Football Club expressed its gratitude to these players for their contributions and dedication during their tenure with the team:

“We extend our appreciation to the seven players for their contributions and dedication during their time with Nkana Football Club. We wish them well in their future endeavors, both in their football careers and personal lives,” the club stated.

 

The four players who will be loaned out are:

  • Cosmas Chilambwe
  • Moses Nyondo
  • Amon Chulu
  • Martin Mweemba

The club believes that loaning these players out will help them gain valuable experience and develop their skills further:
