The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) officially launched the Kopa ball as the designated match ball for the league on November 9, aiming to provide uniformity and a level playing field for all clubs in the Zambian Premier League. However, during Week 12 of the league, it was observed that most teams were yet to fully adopt the new ball.
