Moses Phiri Joins Power as Club Officially Announces Player Exits

Zambia Super League reigning champions, Power Dynamos, have officially secured the services of striker Moses Phiri.

Phiri has joined the Abayellow on a short-term loan from the Tanzanian powerhouse, Simba SC.

“Power Dynamos Football Club is delighted to welcome Moses Phiri, a highly skilled forward, to our squad. He comes to us on loan from Simba Sports Club in Tanzania, bringing an exciting new dynamic to our team.
With his wealth of experience, Phiri is poised to play a pivotal role in our pursuit of objectives for the latter part of the 2023-2024 football season,” stated the club.

Before his stint in Tanzania, Phiri showcased his talent with Zanaco FC in the Zambian premier league. During his time in Tanzania, he had an impressive spell before returning to his home country.

In addition to the new acquisition, Power Dynamos has bid farewell to Luka Chamanga and Raphael Mala Makubuli, whose contracts have come to an end.
Striker Thomas Chideu and midfielder Biston Banda parted ways with the team through mutual agreement. Furthermore, Steven Mwaba, Reagan Mtonga, and Laurent Muma have been loaned to Green Eagles FC, Trident FC, and Nkana FC, respectively
