Hachipuka Named Caretaker Coach for Green Eagles

Green Eagles have named Kebby Hachipuka as their interim head coach, taking over from Alex Namazaba following a series of disappointing results. Hachipuka, a former Zambia National Team midfielder, will be supported by first assistant coach Kelvin Mwaanga.

Hachipuka has a history with the club, having been part of the team when they earned promotion to the top tier of Zambian football in 2008. He now returns to Green Eagles after successful coaching spells with ZNS Luamfumu in Mansa and Young Green Eagles in Kafue, both of which were previously sponsored by ZNS.

His first match back with Green Eagles will be against Trident in Solwezi on Thursday, 4th April. The team currently sits 7th in the standings with 34 points from 25 games.
