FAZ Chief Attends Zambian Premier League Board Meeting, Officially Opens Quarterly Brief to Set Stage For 2025 Plans

The Zambian Premier League (ZPL) is holding its first board meeting for the brand-new year in Lusaka.
FAZ president Andrew Kamanga officially opened the meeting before stepping out for the core business of the day to take off.
Kamanga thanked the ZPL for the work done since its creation and eventual separation from FAZ.
The FAZ chief encouraged the ZPL to generate more money to ensure that clubs received more funds.
The president pledged continued support to the league through initiatives such as Global Positioning System (GPS) which was recently given to the clubs.
Zambian Premier League chairperson Kephas Katongo thanked Kamanga and his executive for taking the bold step to actualize the de-linking of the league from FAZ.
Katongo said since the de-linking there had been tremendous improvement in various aspects of the league.
