FAZ Begins Provincial Trials for U15 & U17, Receives Morocco U15 Invite
The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has taken proactive steps to bolster its youth football development by launching provincial trials for the U15 and U17 age groups.
Recognizing the importance of nurturing young talent, FAZ has dispatched independent youth football selectors to all ten provinces.
These selectors will be tasked with identifying promising players who will have the opportunity to represent Zambia in the upcoming Double Confrontation (2009) Morocco Invitational Tournament.
To ensure a fair and competitive selection process, only participants born in 2008 and 2009 will be eligible to participate in the trials.
This stringent age requirement aligns with FAZ’s commitment to developing age-appropriate talent and providing young footballers with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a national stage.
The selected players will not only have the chance to represent their country but also to gain valuable experience that will aid in their overall development as footballers.
One of the key highlights of these trials is the invitation received by FAZ to participate in the Morocco U15 Invitational Tournament.
Players born in 2009 will have the exciting prospect of competing in the Talent Development Scheme (TDS) Morocco Invitation tournament.
This invitation not only underscores the growing recognition of Zambian football but also serves as a testament to FAZ’s efforts in promoting youth football development.
The tournament will not only provide a platform for young Zambian talents to showcase their skills but also facilitate cultural exchange and foster international cooperation in football.
