Copper Queens midfielder Rachael Has Signed a Deal with SD Eibar in Spain

Copper Queens midfielder Rachael Kundananji has signed a two-year deal with Spanish top flight outfit SD Eibar.

Kundananji, previously on the books of BIIK Kazygurt in Kazakhstan, will now showcase her career in the Primera Division de la Liga de Futbol Femenino, also known as Primera Iberdrola.

The Division is women’s equivalent of the men’s La Liga and is run by the Real Federación Espanola de Fútbol.

Kundananji will be the third Zambian female footballer to be signed in Spain in the coming 2021/22 season, joining strikers Rachael Nachula and Hellen Mubanga who turn up for Zaragoza CFF in the Segunda Division Pro.
