ZAF Commander Challenges Red Arrows for CAF Champions League

After securing victories in the Super League title and Absa Cup, Zambia Air Force (ZAF) Commander Oscar Nyoni has called upon Red Arrows to focus their efforts on clinching the CAF Champions League title.

Following the coronation ceremony for the Super League title, Lieutenant General Nyoni emphasized the need for Red Arrows to remain dedicated, highlighting the challenges that lie ahead in the prestigious CAF Champions League.

“As a commander, I am immensely proud of our achievement as champions. However, this success also signifies that we have a greater responsibility ahead. We aim to not only represent our country but also to make our nation proud.”

“Our triumph in both the Absa Cup and the Super League demonstrates our excellence. To maintain this standard, Red Arrows must showcase their prowess in Africa’s premier club competition.”

Nyoni stressed the importance for Red Arrows to assert their dominance in Zambia by delivering exceptional performances on the African stage.

“We must validate our status as the best by succeeding on the continental level. Our ultimate goal is to secure the championship in Africa.

As national champions, it is imperative that we aim to become champions of the continent as well, as we carry the responsibility of representing our country,” he added.
