Patson Daka at last awarded the Fans’ Player of the Month trophy
Patson Daka has returned from the African Cup of Nations and has been presented with his well-deserved trophy.
Daka earned the title of PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month for December.
Before departing for international duty, Daka showcased his talent for Leicester City, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
His impressive performances included goals in victories against Plymouth, Millwall, and Rotherham United.
Daka was among the nominees for the award, alongside teammate Stephy Mavididi, Southampton’s Adam Armstrong, Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville, Coventry City’s Sakamoto, and Morga Whitaker of Plymouth Argyle.
At 25 years old, the Zambian forward has made a significant impact at Leicester City, tallying six goals in just eight starts.
