Copper Queens Return Home and Shift Their Focus to Tuesday
The Zambia Women’s National Team has returned from Luanda, where they dominated Angola with a remarkable 6-0 victory in the first leg of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifier match.
Upon landing at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe Airport in Ndola at 15h35, the Copper Queens were warmly welcomed by FAZ vice president Justin Mumba and Zambian Premier League chairperson Kephas Katongo.
Now, the focus for the Copper Queens has shifted to the upcoming Tuesday’s return leg, scheduled to take place at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola at 18h00.
