Chingola based MTN Super League side Nchanga Rangers have won the race to sign winger Fallo Manongo, the ZamFoot Crew has learned.
Rangers have moved in swiftly to sign the free agent after his contract at Nkana came to an end, the ZamFoot Crew understands.
Brave beat off competition from a number of MTN Super League and National League sides to secure the services of Manongo, an official statement from the club is imminent.
Manongo spent the last six years at Nkana with the majority of it being away on loan playing for sides like FC Leopards, Forest Rangers and Mutondo Stars.
Yesterday Manongo took to social media to bid farewell to Nkana after six years at Chilata saying he will cherish the memories, lessons and experience.
“As my 6-year contract comes to an end, I’m emotional to be leaving this incredible club. I’ve grown so much as a player and a person, and I’m grateful for the experiences we’ve shared.been loaned 4 times as given much lessons and experience to go forward in my career
I’ll cherish the memories, the wins, and the lessons learned. Thank you for the support and camaraderie. I’ll always look back on my time with pride and fondness,” Manongo wrote on his Facebook page.
