National Team Reduced to 26 Players Ahead Of Morocco Match
The Zambian camp has been dealt a significant blow ahead of Monday’s crucial World Cup qualifier against Morocco. Key players Frankie Musonda and Kelvin Kampamba have been officially ruled out of the Ndola showdown after failing late fitness tests.
Musonda, the Bahrain-based defender, and Zesco United’s dynamic midfielder Kampamba were both initially selected but could not overcome their respective injuries following a final medical assessment.
Head coach Avram Grant has now finalized his tactical roster, trimming the squad down to a focused group of 26 players.
