A wave of concern swept through the Serie A showdown between US Lecce and SSC Napoli on Sunday evening, as Zambian winger Lameck Banda became the center of a worrying moment on the pitch.
The Chipolopolo star was involved in a late collision during the heated encounter, and soon after, began feeling unwell prompting immediate medical attention.
He was swiftly taken to hospital for further checks, leaving teammates, fans, and the Zambian football fraternity holding their breath.
