FAZ Dismisses Rumors Surrounding Copper Queens Coach Nora Hauptle
The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has officially dismissed reports suggesting that Copper Queens Head Coach Nora Hauptle has parted ways with the national team. The association described the claims as entirely false and without any factual basis.
In a clear statement, FAZ confirmed that Hauptle remains fully in charge of the team, which is currently focused on preparations for the upcoming FIFA series scheduled to take place in Brazil. The association stressed that there has been no change to the technical bench.
The rumors had alleged that Hauptle was no longer the coach due to a fallout with her employers. However, FAZ’s Communications Department emphasized in a statement to ZNBC News that any legitimate developmental issues or changes to the technical bench would be formally communicated to the public through official channels.
FAZ has strongly condemned the spread of false information and urged the public to verify facts before posting on social media. The association warned that such misleading claims only serve to confuse the masses and undermine the team’s stability and progress.
