FAZ Approves 10,000 Fans At The National Heroes Stadium For Red Arrows
Red Arrows Football Club will on Saturday 16 October 2021 host the Angolan side Clube Desportivo Primeiro De Agosto Football Club in the CAF Confederation Cup Second Preliminary Round First Leg at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, Zambia.
The match is expected to be a fascinating tie with a military flavor in it as the host hopes to start strong at home before travelling to Luanda with an advantage the following week.
The Airmen got to the second Round of the competition by beating Young Buffaloes of Eswatini 2-1 on aggregate while the Angolan side were laying in wait for the winner between Red Arrows and Young Buffaloes Football Clubs.
On the other hand, the visitors Primeiro de Agosto has won four games in their last five league games scoring ten goals and allowing four goals.
As they go into the Match, Red Arrows Football Club will bank on their extra ordinary home form in Continental Football having played nine games at home winning five games with three draws and only losing one game and scoring sixteen goals and allowing eight goals.
The Airmen will also be backed by fans in the stands as CAF has approved into the stands 10,000 fans for this encounter.
