Clatous Chama scores twice as Simba secures victory

Chipolopolo midfielder Clatous Chota Chama scored twice to lead Simba SC to a 2-0 victory over Mashujaa in the Tanzania Vodacom Premier League.

Simba, despite a strong start, struggled to find the net until the second half when the Zambian international made the breakthrough.
Chama opened the scoring for the Tanzanian giants in the 56th minute, converting a brilliant cutback from Willy Onana.

Chama extended Simba’s lead in the 73rd minute, scoring his second goal with a close-range finish off a pass from Zimbwe Jr.

They have now accumulated 45 points from 19 games, trailing the league leaders and rivals Yanga SC by seven points.
